What’s been happening:

After Penn State, I was a Communications and Electronics Officer in the Air Force for four years. After completing my obligation in 1964, I was employed as an Electronics Engineer for the Grumman Aerospace Corporation on Long Island on the F-111B, E-2C, OV-1, A-6E and EA-6B aircraft programs. I received an MSEE degree from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn in 1968 and an MBA from Adelphi University in 1972. After receiving my MBA, I became a Contracts Manager on the F-14A/D, C-2A and E-2C aircraft programs as well as on Trainer/Simulator programs. I retired from Grumman (now Northrop Grumman) in 1997, became employed as a Program Manager for Behlman Electronics for two years before retiring for good to build my retirement home on the North Fork of Long Island in 2000/2001. My wife Linda, whom I married in 1972, was a high school Social Studies teacher for 33 years. She now gives private sewing lessons, is learning to play the piano, and is the President of the North Fork Chorale, a well known choral group on the East End of Long Island. We have three children and six grandchildren. Five years ago I started playing the French Horn again, which I last did in high school, and I am now a member of three local community concert bands. I am also a member of the Town of Southold Conservation Advisory Council and president of our homeowner's association.
